PAYMENT
OLLIE OZZIE gladly accepts PayPal and credit to bank (Maybank).
Payment is due within 3 days after order has been confirmed.
Failure to do so will result in cancellation of order.
A non paying buyer will be filed / blacklisted.
If you cannot make the payment by the due date, please do not place your orders with us.
OLLIE OZZIE will send you a confirmation email when payment clears. If you have paid and have not received a payment confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

SHIPPING
We only ship to the address in your order form.
The shipping price may include the cost of postage, packaging, materials and small handling fee.
If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed at the post office or undeliverable to your residence, you will need to pay for postage again for it to be resent.
Please make sure you have the correct address send to us.
Keep in mind that shipping time once it leaves our hands is all on the postal service. You can simply see when your package was mailed once you receive it by looking on the postage. It will have a date. That way you can see that we did our part on getting your item to you as quickly as possible, but it is the post office' job to do the same.
We apologize if your package takes longer than others. Our representatives (MYS) are based in EAST MALAYSIA.
We do not offer local pick up at this time.
All shipments come with a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. We will send you this number automatically via e-mail once your package ships.
We ship via POS LAJU, Pos Express and Registered Mail Malaysia.


SALE
All sales are FINAL so be sure to ask.
Sometimes the color of the item may seem different in person due to your computer's color settings. Please take this into consideration.

SIZING
Normally Supre Size is:- XXXS (UK2), XXS(UK4), XS(UK6), S(UK8), M(UK10) and L(UK12). This is only a reference based on our own opinion. Please check the store's sizing guide for further information.
